Our Terms on selling a puppy

Please read this before you think of buying one of my babies

We are committed to producing healthy, happy, well socialized puppies, and don't say they are either 'show'' quality. or for breeding from they will be a nice pet for you I do say they have a great pedigree we put the utmost care into raising our babies, and only breed from healthy girls and boys with no Know health problems we do have our babies The breeder make no warranty however as to the health or disposition of the dog every effort has been made to avoid any possible inherited condition know as mum been health check before being mated and the puppy is Vet checked before they leave us and also they go to there new home with 4 weeks insurances and we do tell you to keep it up if you don't then its your fault not mine as we send them off with a good start and I advices that the first years of life is the most important

We offer a commitment to the puppy and it's new family, and will be here to give help and support for it's entire lifetime. We are always on the other end of the phone to answer questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. Please don't hesitate to ring for advice if there is anything at all you're not sure about.

We do get a lot of enquiries, and our fair share of time wasters, so you will be asked for your name, address and land line number before you are invited to view our puppies. Please don't be offended, as we have to protect our own interests and those of our dogs.

Once your puppy reaches 8 weeks, and has had his/her 1st vaccination and health check, and Insured you may collect him/her. Collection is also on a strictly by appointment basis, and we ask that you be as prompt as possible, as we may be seeing a few people that same day, and need to give everyone individual attention.

We will ask you to sign a Puppy Sales Contract at this stage, which says, amongst other things, that you agree to let us know if you no longer can look after your pet you can return the dog to us iand we will look for a good home or you find it a good home and let me know where they are . and that you keep the puppy Insurance up for at least the first year You can ask for a copy of this contract beforehand if you wish to read it before you decide to purchase the puppy.

A NOTE ABOUT PAYMENTS ****

Terms are as follows : - DEPOSITS - We prefer that you pay your deposit by cash. We will accept cheques for deposits, but will not fully reserve your puppy until the cheque is cleared. Once funds are in our account, we will then forward you a receipt, Bank transfers are also accepted for deposits in certain circumstances. this is not refundable
Balances are to be paid BY CASH ONLY. There are NO exceptions to this. If you do not have the funds by the collection date, please let us know so that you don't have a wasted journey. and we can come to an arrangement for you to collect at a later date. We WILL NOT release the puppy to you if you do not have CASH to pay the balance. Please be aware that we DO NOT accept cheques for balance payments.

You will then be given our comprehensive puppy pack, along with all the paperwork for your puppy,and some of the food they on and a list of how they are being feed and a written receipt for the balance paid his 4 weeks Insurance ............and of course, your puppy!!!! and I do like you to phone me in a couple of days to let me know how the puppy is settling in as I do worry about my babies
